Terms of Service

SECTION 1: Building Materials

Pricing for our products are subject to change without notice.
NO returns on items listed within the building packages.
Additional materials provided outside of the invoice is an additional cost and must be paid for at pick up/ delivery.
After 5 days of delivering or picking up materials/building kit materials, R&R Ironworks is not responsible for any missing or damaged materials.

SECTION 2: Engineered Prints

An engineered print of R&R Iron Works’ fabricated steel trusses are available with ALL purchased building kits. It is the customer’s responsibility to get that print from us here at R&R Iron Works.
If for any reason you need a custom engineered print that fits your building kit, that would be an additional cost to the customer. Cost can vary and is not limited to a set price. Once we receive the print from the engineer the team here at R&R Iron Works would notify you of completion.
3D renderings and architectural drawings are not included with building packages.

SECTION 3: Warranties

R&R Iron Works warrants that the trusses will meet the loading, spacing, and building code specifications as shown in the engineer print that R&R Iron Works provides. The warranty will last for the normal and expected life of the building.
Should you inquire about the 3GM Metal warranty, please see the office personnel and they will gladly print that document off for you.

SECTION 4: Remedy

R&R Iron Works will provide a remedy for trusses that it deems defective, at its own discretion. R&R Iron Works may provide a remedy in the form of a stamped engineered fix giving instructions on how the customer can repair the defective trusses, merchandise credit, or replacement trusses. Any replacement trusses or merchandise will be delivered according to the method the original trusses were delivered.
The customer must pay all costs, including labor, involved in the removal of defective trusses, repair of defective trusses, and installation of replacement trusses. R&R Iron Works will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss or damage to personal or real property, inconvenience, or payments to third parties.

SECTION 5: Limitations

This warranty does not cover any damage or conditions resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including the following:

Defects from improper storage, or handling of the trusses, and damage to the trusses after leaving R&R Iron Works.
Improper installation, on-site modifications of the trusses, misuse of the trusses, movement of the structure to which the trusses are attached, and improper design of the structure.
Acts of nature (i.e. Fire, explosion, falling objects, and any other similar circumstances that are beyond our control).
This warranty does not cover cosmetic defects that do not otherwise affect the structural integrity of the trusses.

SECTION 6: NO Return Policy

R&R Iron Works has a NO return policy if materials are purchased within a building kit.
ALL metal/trim sales are final!

SECTION 7: Purchases/Payments

R&R Iron Works requires a 50% deposit at the purchase of building kits/ barndominium kits. Remaining balances must be paid in full at delivery of materials.
R&R Iron Works has a 3% fee on all credit card transactions.
Installment is not included in the price.
Payments not received on delivery and/or customer or installer not at the jobsite or being prepared with equipment, there will be a $500 inconvenience fee charged to the customer.

SECTION 8: Cancellations

Any cancellation or changes in work order will not be accepted after 5 days of purchase. No refund at that point will be given.
Should a refund be given, it will be at owners discretion, and subject to a restock fee.

SECTION 9: Delivery/Unloading

R&R Iron Works will work with the customer to deliver all materials when the customer is ready. Upon delivery, R&R Iron Works requires the customer to have the correct equipment and/or manpower to unload all materials.
When on the jobsite, R&R Iron Works is not responsible for any damage while unloading building materials.
R&R Iron Works is not responsible for any damage material once delivered to the site. We do recommend that it be properly stored away from the weather.
There is a $4/mile delivery fee on all shipping orders, which can be subject to change without notice. You will find the delivery fee at the bottom right of your invoice. If for any reason your building kit requires more than one delivery, the second delivery will be charged as well.
Payments not received on delivery and/or customer or installer not at the jobsite or being prepared with equipment, there will be a $500 inconvenience fee charged to the customer.
After 5 days of delivering or picking up materials/building kit materials, R&R Ironworks is not responsible for any missing or damaged materials.

SECTION 10: Permits/Installation

R&R Iron Works is solely the manufacturer and is not responsible for any part of the installation process.
R&R Iron Works does not pull any permits for the building site.
R&R Iron Works can refer an installer to erect your building, however, you are not obligated to use them. Regardless, the customer is responsible for obtaining an estimate on the erection of their building. Should you choose one of our installers, please inform us of any issues, such as, little to no communication, and we will be glad to help you in this matter.
R&R Iron Works will be glad to help answer any questions over the phone in regards to installation, if possible.

SECTION 11: Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on our website. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

BY PURCHASING ANY AND ALL MATERIALS THROUGH R&R IRONWORKS, I PLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY.
